GrumpyBot is hackable

GrumpyBot plays the first 7 tracks it can find (by folder, then by date and time copied) on its Micro SD card.

The schematic is an attempt to make it obvious why the ADKEY track selection order is 1, 5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7.

Of course if you look at the front of GrumpyBot it appears the numbering given reads right to left, this is a classic case of "easier to solder it like this" followed up with a "fix it in software" approach.

There was a bit (lot) more to it than that, but that's enough explaining.

GrumpyBot was also supposed to come with extra Micro SD cards to make it easier for folks to hack it but some rainforest delivery service didn't quite get the package delivered.

Here is the full manual.

Here is the Text to speech website.
[US English / Joanna] is what I've used for ChirpBot, DoorBot, NzumbiBot, PABot and now GrumpyBot

The point is, GrumpyBot is hackable, hack away...

Bring GrumpyBot home, annoy your friends!

I leave this here because I think it's funny.
